It's been fun watching this go up biking through the Christian Science Plaza most days. From my helmet cam this week:

$3,275 is not too bad for a new-build 1BR in an inner(ish) neighborhood of Boston. Of course, it's frustrating that rents are that high, but in terms of what the market sustains right now, that's a decent deal.

Harvard consistently seems to produce the worst new buildings of any major university in Boston. MIT, Northeastern, heck even BU all have produced some gems in recent years. It's embarrassing!
