Federal Street was so much better as a single lane. It really felt better as a pedestrian. Interesting how it's actually tighter that feels more pedestrian scale even though it's a tall building. Now it feels too wide and crossing the street just feels a little less welcoming. We played...

Sorry. Yes. Feb 20th. Clearly in denial about it being February. They are trying to deliver floors 1-15 in first round. 15-18 will be mid March if we are lucky. So I would say March is a better time for a tour. Still no word on sign install. ~ C

Breaking my rule of not commenting on projects by other developers but I really do love the way these two projects relate on such a pedestrian scale with outdoor, communal programing. It warm and inviting. Want to see more of our built environment reflect these values! ~ C

Couple of updates: LF trying to get City through Feb 6th for CO. It’s aggressive. State is working on certifying elevators right now. Still have some work outside obviously. I’m going through “punching” each unit pretty much every day for 3 hours or so through March 15th. I’ll check on...
