I saw this. Back to silly step backs and such. The only height limit I’m still peeved about is Hiawatha. It’s beyond frustrating that a 100 year old building is taller than a current one, on a transportation spine, when we desperately need housing. It should be a flat facade, 12 stories. ~ C

I wish there was a retail update. It’s kinda bumming me out. I’m hoping after the fencing is down we will get more interest. ~ C

It's literally a dream project for me - we banter about it all the time. I'm the only one that really wants to do it which is why I would literally need a big winning lottery ticket - would require a lot of cash and likely not get any return for a long time. But OMG!!! It could be AMAZING...

If I could buy the entire Maine Mall parcel and completely re-work it I 10000% would - would build a stadium there. Re-design the roads with South Portland. I would need to win the lottery though! One of the reasons I buy tix! ~ C
