You might be in a race with Halifax. If Canal Plaza is lowered by just 1-2 floors it might not even eclipse the building under construction there, let alone the tallest proposal.

Yes I was trying to find these but they weren't coming up! Hence I posted the next set of iterations before the ones that were built.

There's still a bunch of messed up glass panels all over the place. We're talking a solid 15-20 windows which are off-color and/or missing the vertical strips. Does anybody know if/when they plan on fixing these?

You can see what would have been the preserved facade in the lower left of this render. I remember the wall standing there by itself for... a few years maybe?
