I feel the same way. It is so rare new development pulls them off creditably. Every now and then someone gets it right but not near enough!

I don't think that low rise portion with the white trim is part of this project. But agreed, I really like how this came out. It's not a stunner but its certainly not bad either.

Love the building, but I really interested to know who is pushing for move the parcel into the square. It seems like its a good idea however the expense of coordinating all of the utility work and agreements required for such a move are not minimal.

I wish they had taken more opportunities to create real cycle tracks and I do not think they are planting any new street trees which is a lost opportunity.

This is great news. I hope this becomes a launching pad for neighboring communities to adopt similar language, mainly Boston and Somerville.
