I work right by this park and it bothers me every time I see it, that the play wooden ship's front bow/mast/whatever its called is not centered on the boat, but offset like that. My own little mildly irritating OCD mind acting up.
I'm surprised that Potbelly lasted as long as it did. I lived over by there five years ago when it opened and I hardly ever saw anybody in there. I guess it finally caught up with them.
It probably could, but it shouldn't. It's got a lovely density and has a very European scale to it that would be a shame to lose. The Greenway is a nice divide.
I think it's a lack of marketing. They have had nearly no advertising for the theater. If I didn't work in the seaport, I wouldn't have known it was there either.

The lawn on D also serves alcohol. They're checking to make sure nobody brings in outdoor booze. It's not really a public park, its a bar with some park-like elements.
