According to info here on the Viola, it will be getting started this year I think. Once that gets underway, I'm confident that the parcels across the street from it next to Kings garage and behind Berklee College will get moving too. Those are the ones that I'm really keeping my fingers crossed...

Sorry but the render looks MUCH higher quality. The scalloping/ribbing and glass look busy but the focus is more on that than the glass whereas it's the reverse in the actual build. It looks cheaper and nowhere near as modern now.

I remember that, though I thought that was just one parcel of that area. Perhaps it didn't make enough fiscal sense to do it back then but there certainly seems to be a case for these parcels now and over the next 10 years or so.

True but there are some notable standouts (such as this will be) from Logan, so for visitors first arriving it definitely adds to the cityscape and kinda visually lengthens the city east-west.

There's only about a thousand articles out there on virtually every automotive website (Car and Driver, Autoblog, MotorTrend etc) as well as articles on Boston.com. Come on man, this news has been out there for a few years now.
