I thought reconfiguring Gapsee slightly back into the symmetrical shape from the McKim, Meade & White design was the best option and an intermodal hub better overall. That said, filling in those lots on Dorrance would be huge still!

I guess they don’t own that sliver of land against Ship to build out to the street?

I did like the curvy proposal but breaking up the site/footprint like this does help. I think parcel 6 successful for that reason. Hope it gets builttttt!
