I'm getting a little concerned about the "aligning" of this building with the building to the right of it. The cut outs and framing behind them seem too low, especially the second floor.

It was a bit annoying that housing used to be allowed here as of right, but they made it a forbidden use with a zoning change made in the last few years.

They have also finally repaved Beacon St in Back Bay and will be putting the separated bike lane back in soon. That one had been super rough riding from the get go.

Looking at the most recent presentation, there is a lot of mismatch between the plans and slides, but I think there's some consensus between them that the parking lot is a placeholder for a 6-story Phase 5 building.
