Their closing of the Huntington Ave NB/EB surface road is annoying. They close it down before the morning rush hour and it often doesn't reopen before the PM rush. Why not just keep it closed 24/7 and not designate all those resources to moving fence lines every day?

The foundation seems to match the drawings, but I can't figure out how the mansard roof is supposed to work. It looks like they copied the building to the right of this, but it would actually have to be mirrored instead?

To make this happen, they are reassigning route 66 to a different garage so that there is no longer a CNG issue with the tunnel.
