Material goes into the hoist, up to the appropriate floor, then installed with a spider crane that hangs the curtainwall piece from the floor above.

Fenway Center (One Kenmore) | Turnpike Parcel 7, Beacon Street | Fenway

Moriarty got the building, but I wouldn't hold your breath. IQHQ is on life support

Greenway Residential Building | 55 India Street | Downtown

Does the floorplate look really tiny to anybody else or is it just me?

Data Centers (from Downtown/Financial district infill)

I don't disagree that this land could be best served in another capacity. But there are SO many hurdles to move it at this point. I could be wrong, but in addition to all of the points made above, I heard there is fiber that terminates here connected to Europe. I think a more extreme example...

Data Centers (from Downtown/Financial district infill)

I think you don't have a full grasp on how real estate and development works. See if you can figure out how to move the pre-2000 data center to a better location in a way that pencils for any investor...

Copley Square Revamp | Back Bay

$515/month for parking can get you some pretty nice grass

Data Centers (from Downtown/Financial district infill)

The appropriate response would have been to say: "wow, thanks for the explanation. I guess I was wrong". But it's pretty hard to do that these days I get it

The Dorsey (Née The Smith) | 575 Albany | South End

Spot on. It really boils down to simple supply and demand in my opinion. Investors to developers are only interested in making their financial returns and will look to wherever they can achieve this - in or out of Boston. Since you can't really control macroeconomic impacts like interest rates...

10 World Trade | BGI Office Tower (Massport Parcel A2) | Seaport

I didn't get a picture but it looked like some sort of reflective window film was being applied to all of the floors. Looks pretty sleek honestly and matches the black paneling at the arches

Idyl Fenway | 60 Kilmarnock St | Fenway

I don't think those are prefab brick panels...

MIT SoMa Building 2 | 200 Main Street | Kendall Square

Also the hub on casueway was designed to be able to sit with just the podium built and office tower afterwards. There was actually a lag that wasn't super noticeable but the anchor lease got executed with Verizon so BXP resumed and kept going vertical.

10 World Trade | BGI Office Tower (Massport Parcel A2) | Seaport

I wish they had found a way to bring spandrel glass down to the very bottom instead of metal panel. I feel like that transition will be way more noticeable than the renderings showed.

Idyl Fenway | 60 Kilmarnock St | Fenway

This might be my favorite apartment complexes built in the last 5-10 years, especially because of its location/context in existing neighborhood.

The Brookliner | 5 Washington Street | Brighton

Nobody loves the CVS at the Brookliner as much as this guy

    Cambridge Crossing (NorthPoint) | East Cambridge/Charlestown | Cambridge/Boston

I think that was very well put and extremely accurate

Fenway Center (One Kenmore) | Turnpike Parcel 7, Beacon Street | Fenway

I have a source who says it should be resuming this month. There were issues with deck steel girders which stalled it for a bit. BHH was just speculating

View Boston (Observatory) | Prudential Tower | Back Bay

The developer just defaulted, so I don't think that project is moving forward
