Good question, it should be on track to finish by next summer if it weren’t for the neighbors a half mile away complaining about noise NEXT TO AN AIRPORT. As they are the same ones who complain about no parking in the garage… so frustrating how people can delay progress.

Any updates with this project but more importantly, the recode process that has been talked about in this projects chat. I know it was mentioned October would be a big month for the recode/height increase process. If anyone knows anything it would be great to be filled in!

Well said Cosakita! If you build it they will come. New office space like this does fill up. I think it would be great to see a true office tower with mixed uses on the ground floor go up near Union Station, of course, in downtown, or in Bayside. Union Station comes to mind because of my dream...

SWITCH TO ON TOP OF THE WATER PROJECT THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS!! What an amazing venue that would be. Nobody thinks outside of the box in Portland. This “new stadium” is doing the bare minimum to make it into a USL stadium. It’s sad.
