I didn't realize until recently that there's a publicly-accessible (at least dawn to dusk) green space behind this building, which contains a number of the geothermal wells that were drilled for this project. There also appears to be a beehive? Nice little space but it's not permeable at all...

I believe Weston has the highest household income of any community in the Commonwealth, except maybe Dover (which has a "built" form a lot like Weston). Pretty much explains it--it is designed to be exclusionary.
