Cafe Luna is moving its main location to Broad Canal Way, where Za / Evoo used to be. The current location on Main St will turn into a Little Luna like the one on Binney St.

I agree. I've made several trips to the Seaport recently to get coffee at the new Little Wolf location, and the density of the plantings is really excellent. Probably my favorite green space in the seaport!
I feel like pound for pound Albany might have the most diversity of different architectural styles for a city of its size anywhere in the country...great set of photos!
True, though a lot of the projects proposed around this area have been stalled for years. E.g. 449 Cambridge Street, and the Post Office project on Harvard Ave.
$3,275 is not too bad for a new-build 1BR in an inner(ish) neighborhood of Boston. Of course, it's frustrating that rents are that high, but in terms of what the market sustains right now, that's a decent deal.
