    Reasonable Transit Pitches

This sounds a bit too Socialist (scare text) to most Democrats in the State House.

    AI Redraws Boston

Mash together the South End (street markings look Boston-esque), the out of town news kiosk, and other things from parts of new england cities' downtowns and slap a weird yellow haze and it's clearly AI.

    AI Redraws Boston

    Though, apparently trained in Somerville.

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

Didn't know about any of the first three before I moved here - though - I admit I am not a fan of the whitewashed Americana history, so, I probably just didn't pay attention to those details.

    MBTA Buses & Infrastructure

I hope that the City of Somerville charges the T for these boarding islands. It would only be fair.

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

I think they let the architecture intern use Sketchup.

Franklin Park - White Stadium Renovation

Lets not instrumentalize other people for our own arguments, eh? Also the USWNT doesn't have much directly to do with White Stadium. Still haven't seen your argument about the "little"-ness of the economic argument. Boston gets a much larger, more robust renovated stadium that comes with fairly...

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

I think of my husband's mom's investment statements for State Street. JP Morgan, too, in fact.

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

The City who's most famed landmark is an insurance company's building or a Venezuelan oil company's advertising board or a gas company's tanks.

    ArchBoston allegedly defunct

Chat really *wants* to be a good boy. Grok, too, but grok is on its way to being your white supremacist uncle that somehow continues to get invited to Thanskgiving for "family" purposes.

General MBTA Topics (Multi Modal, Budget, MassDOT)

My experience is that the 77A trips weren't really that well utilized - Cambridge and the northwest seems to have continually got the short end of the provierbial stick for previous bus service planning. The 77A and CT1 being promising but, in actuality, undersupported initiatives. Even the CT2...

    Reasonable Transit Pitches

Appreciate the optimism, but, I think we're probably a generation or two away from the MBTA being a trusted brand rather than a begrudgingly accepted brand. I also don't think the T is the right organization to do statewide transit - really - that's more of a MassDOT or a newly chartered...

    Cambridge Crossing (NorthPoint) | East Cambridge/Charlestown | Cambridge/Boston

Given the populations of Camberville+Charlestown having access to another indy theatre at Davis and at Harvard - plus any showings at the universities - I really see the struggle to identify an undersupply in that particular niche north of the river.

    Biking in Boston

Not sure how you get to the conclusion that this is counter to the propositions of bike lanes? Congestion itself is seemingly changed little in these streets. And, in some ways lessened, because there are less people taking car trips (or perhaps, they just didn't keep on circling the block...

    Cambridge Crossing (NorthPoint) | East Cambridge/Charlestown | Cambridge/Boston

But they won't pay. The massive studios created thru M&A consolidations have turned most mainstream and supposedly-independent visual arts (cinema/video) into a rent-seeking minefeld. I've found the CX park to be well occupied throughout the week - evening events by the developer like yoga on...

    Reasonable Transit Pitches

I get where this idea comes from - but - I think in the other regions out side of metro Boston, they do not "look up" to the T in the way that this board or Greater Camb-ervill-ett-line-ton-sea residents do. Many actually look down on the T or look at the T as "stealing" their sales tax dollars...

Fenway Center (One Kenmore) | Turnpike Parcel 7, Beacon Street | Fenway

yeah i'm imagining two residential towers of some sort - maybe some "öpen space" like at Boylston/CitizenM?

General MBTA Topics (Multi Modal, Budget, MassDOT)

I wonder how much of the 77 line in your list is actually the 77A trips (that never really served many passengers).

Multi-Family Zoning Requirements for MBTA Communities

The biggest problem with the law - is the requirement that the MBTA is somehow involved. In the end, the law forces towns to have at least one multi-family housing area which, regardless of town and condition, is 100% something that every municipality in the Commonwealth should have. But, the...

    Cambridge Infill and Small Developments

Found this website via Googling - https://www.cambridgema.gov/CDD/Projects/Zoning/multifamilyhousing - it would seem like this is allowed - since it seems like it meets the 20% affordability requirement. Though, I wonder how much will change after the required meeting with neighbors.
