The Green Line Extension already happened, so why is it programmed in this document? The document describes the projects as: "Extension of the northern end of the Green Line from Lechmere to Union Square in Somerville and College Avenue in Medford."

My personal preference is to have a BLX via the Esplanade and Kenmore to Waltham on the alignment you show. It would tie the ends of the metro area and Logan together well.

Have to disagree with that statement. The economy is obviously functional and serving the populace. Otherwise, Boston would be a dystopian hell hole, but it is instead one of the most attractive large cities in the US.
