Everett Transportation (SL3 extension, potential OLX/GLX, Sweetser Circle infill station)

I see these bus route depictions as representational, not geographically exact, and I would expect the average viewer to see it that way as well, since that is the style of the entire map. So, I would eliminate the kink in the 104 route, because there are really no other geographically correct...

    Waltham Infill and Small Developments

A really great updated version of mid-century modern. Love it!

Everett Transportation (SL3 extension, potential OLX/GLX, Sweetser Circle infill station)

Looks great. The only (picky) thing I see needing a tweak is to straighten the wow in the alignment of the 104 bus route next to the Box District station on the SL3. Doing that would make it match the straight alignments on the other similar locations on the 104 route nearby.

The Dorsey (Née The Smith) | 575 Albany | South End

Yeah, I was wondering if that was new or from a previous structure.

    Galt's Gultch | Libertarian Rantings

Probably the State government should take a detailed, unbiased look at what the business-friendly states are doing, the states where businesses and people are moving to. Then, Massachusetts should streamline its regulatory, zoning, and tax policies accordingly.

The Vale Boston (Kraft Foods Redevelopment) | Woburn

Why couldn't Woburn enter into a legally binding agreement with Winchester to pay them x dollars per year for impacts to Winchester's streets that the new housing area would create?

What are their objections to it?

    Cambridge Infill and Small Developments

It's great that it has 6 floors (not five) in a residential neighborhood of shorter buildings. Even Winchester couldn't accept a sixth floor on a residential unit in its downtown. Cambridge is looking up.

The Dorsey (Née The Smith) | 575 Albany | South End

That's one of the best looking residential buildings to go up in a long time.

The Vale Boston (Kraft Foods Redevelopment) | Woburn

Should've been clearer, but the "why" was aimed at the opposition of Woburn’s city council president, Robert Toro to the addition of 500 homes to the development. I hit a paywall for the second linked article, which may have had the answer. But as atlantaden said above, it's probably the...

General MBTA Topics (Multi Modal, Budget, MassDOT)

Yes, there are tiny directional arrows at the stub ends on the loops, but I couldn't even see them, and my eyes are pretty good.

New-build classical architecture (evoking old styles)

This stretch of Broadway is quite a mish-mash of styles already, so adding one more to the mix won't be unusual.

General MBTA Topics (Multi Modal, Budget, MassDOT)

The Silver Lines are a mess. The SL 4 and SL 5 routes are shown in a very confusing way north of the Tufts Medical Center stop. The breaks in the lines there and at Downtown Crossing would seem to indicate the lines are just dead-ending at those places, but they're actually looping around...

    MBTA Buses & Infrastructure

The two are a bit different. The SL3X study shows no bus lanes from Bartlett St to Sweetser Circle, but your notes from from last night's meeting show bus lanes ending at Beacham Street, about 0.2 miles south of the Bartlett St/Broadway intersection. That's quite a difference.

Metropolitan Storage Warehouse Redevelopment/Renovation (MIT) | 134 Mass. Ave | Cambridge

Nothing is perfect in this world, but I give major kudos to MIT for this great project, and all the other fantastic work they've done on old buildings in this part of Cambridge. Nerds rule!
