401 Park Drive (née Landmark Center) | Fenway

agree to disagree, but i do concur that the specific former Sears building complex is better now than it was. most of the art spaces have moved to salem/peabody, fall river, quincy, new bedford. boston is less for the loss and i'd take some windswept and crumbling d'aneglo spots and auto parts...

401 Park Drive (née Landmark Center) | Fenway

It got better? That area used to have three practice spaces, Curve of the Earth records, Woolly Mammoth recording studio, and WBCN. Better? If you're talking specifically about this building, then... I guess? I do miss the movie theater.

New Red and Orange Line Cars

It's taking forever with the Red, but I absolutely love how reliable the Orange Line is nowadays (take it daily). The Blue has been the most reliable and solid for years.

Motor Mart Tower | 201 Stuart Str. | Park Sq | Boston

I agree with many of your points, but how would/could Somerville -- the densest city in New England -- densify more? I'm not saying Somerville got to be the way it is b/c of far-sighted, city-endorsed policies, but regardless: where else would you put people in a place that's already jam-packed?

Union Square Somerville Infill and Small Developments

Pretty sure the wooden guardrail is temporary, during construction. Will be interesting to see how it all shapes up once this is done.
