Wtf… chinatown has been downzoned?? Maximum height has been lowered from 80’ to 45’, how is that going to add more housing to downtown? Wasnt the point of all of this to fix the crazy strict zoning from before, not make it even worse?

The B1M did a video on the new european canal that was posted above before, pretty good watch. Stuff like this is so cool to see because megaprojects of this scale are pretty rare now. Its nice to see that all of the major canals havent already been built by now and theres still some places...
