perhaps a dumb question but why is lounge space important? What annoys me is limited and over-crowded seating at the gates. I think the lounges for the various carriers are members-only, right?

There are some similarities with the once proposed Copley Place tower. The glass, height, width, setbacks etc but the smooth angles are aesthetically more desirable.

The design of the concourse and layout of the patio furniture / benches / plants is exceptional. It's very inviting. I'm curious if the noise level from pike will be an annoyance. Hopefully not.
