That's a very tasteful and well-synched up addition .......aside from the assinine cheap looking white frosting crown. Wipe that shit off (or change the color, texture or look of that crown) and you have a great project. .

Between this and the P+G announcement today of the new $1 billion HQ on Fort Point, things are beginning to look up a little. This summer, the Seaport will be even more dynamic and lively and the next few years will bring a more vibrant Fort Point.

I can only surmise this development all along has been some sort of tax-loss strategy??????

I think that concept would actually be pretty fabulous. Hell, Boston has a major train station/transpo hub with a 50 story building over it. .....and it still doesn't excuse the malevolent design of the proposed industrial storage facility.......errr, swim center.

Wow!!!! According to that, it went from 3 lab/office and 2 res/hotel to 100% res/hotel - - The new diagram is all Yellow, a clean sweep over. Much new 24/7 life to what has been a very quiet area. That's huge, and very needed!!!!
