Arent these buildings just iterations of the Car Gurus bldg? Other than that, this will be a great energizer of all businesses in the area. I’m excited to see what these buildings will facilitate in terms of industry, start-up and academic collaborations.

This is one of those crazy rich facades. Kudos for the subtle diagonal pattern!

Between these 4 buildings, my recollection is ~175 new housing units about to come online. Rentals and condos and luxury passive haus condos (I think that is Elan Sassoon’s bldg). Plus…3 new retail storefronts and a pocket park. Not bad!
