Personally I think raised, sidewalk-level crossings are a better option. Even if they don't build them with the proper deflection for traffic calming, not have a ramp down addresses much of this issue.

True. And for example, I commute with my personal bike to/from Dorchester, and it's typically only on weekends and for errands that I opt for the bluebike due to the flexibility and not having to worry about bringing a lock.

I also find that they sometimes upload the same PDF to multiple projects. Also, some projects get their community comments PDF spreadsheets posted, while others don't.

For this building in particular, it appears that no parking is required by zoning, yet they want to build a 67 vehicle underground garage for the 56 units. That is a business decision they made that seems ripe for the cut or at least a reduction and it is certainly within their control...
