State Street HQ | One Congress | Bulfinch Crossing | West End

thats not accurate. granted it wasnt as good, but it wasnt 'removed'. and it wasnt just the building that diminished the connection as the site plans evolved, there are other factors too. the image above has 2 buildings constructed on top of the T stations, which just isnt feasible at this...

    Biking in Boston

The intent of those electronic RTOR signs is to allow a right during a left turn overlap (so say allow NB and SB rights when EB and WB have protected lefts). There arent peds going during this phase in any direction. The sign is then illuminated when EB/WB (using example above) has the green...

    Seaport Transportation

not part, that is THE intention. get people to have a different/better option than red line/silver line to access Seaport. also, the intention of the T7 is to connect Sullivan (and points north) to the Seaport. extending that route even further to Andrew would be a negative for those riders.

North Station Gateway | 251 Causeway St | Bulfinch Triangle

this would be way more accurate if the tower portion was rotated so that the thin side faced north. as seen in the elevations:

Hatching on right (of this pic) because it will be behind construction fencing so median can be removed. Hatching on left because trucks (going to tunnels) can't make right turn without slip lane. Can't remove the slip lane and make a wider radius for trucks because the pedestrian crossing is...

Bulfinch Crossing | Congress Street Garage | West End

what is being constructed now is an interim condition that keeps the median, but it and the SB lanes will be behind construction fencing. This work will open NB vehicles and sidewalks on both sides. final condition hasnt been exactly determined, but it removes the median and isnt expected to...

    Gillette/P&G Redevelopment | South Boston

the zoning is set by the 100 Acres Master Plan. Dont know/havent looked to see if they are exceeding open space (or if its set at 50% min required) or limiting FAR (or if its set at 4.3 max allowed).

BPDA Austin Street Parking Lot Development | Charlestown

agree with the above except the tunnel is not going away, just getting narrower. at least it wasnt last time around, but then again there was going to be a tunnel at Sullivan and now there isnt going to be so not sure about here at Austin St.

Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment | Charlestown

thats not accurate at all, as shown by the flood maps. only a small portion of the BH site is even in the 2070 1% flood zone. not sure if its intentional for a narrative or ignorance but here it is, 2070. most of Charlestown is actually pretty well protected except the neck and the infill...

Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment | Charlestown

Sullivan area is much more suseptable to flooding than here. Look at the food maps. Not only that but it provides a way in for water to go far to the west.
