The windows become less functional because that second layer is going to severely limit the visibility angles. What's the purpose of having that grid cladding jutting out so far from the main structure? This building should give sweeping views of the area but that layer makes the view a lot...

I found this insane looking render for Parcel D4. Has it ever been posted before? As with many buildings here, I think it's really bad, but uniquely really bad so still adds something positive.
