    I get the appeal of small footprint lab space, but it doesn’t need to be on a prominent street corner.

    I am hopeful that this angle will be the best one for this building. It has the urban context, with the greenway in the background. The greenway side is stuck with the floor to ceiling glass because the view is a selling point for the units.

    Alewife Brook is load bearing because the expressway section of Route 2 connects to it. I wish there was a way to restore the park emphasis on that stretch north of Route 2.
