Perhaps this is opening in Boston proper to add to the "TV" restaurants like Guy Fieri & Ramsay (although I think Ramsay is in a different echelon).

Sorry, I meant addition to the satellite. Closer to the cargo and fire area. There used to be the American Eagle terminal over there. There would probably be room if some things were moved around like said above.

Building atop the building that has Eddie C's, TD Bank, Cactus Grill seems long overdue considering the newly redeveloping EBNHC and apartment building next to it. Even just a 4 over 1 there would be an improvement.

These two plots will fix a lot - agreed. Some of the buildings in the square could use a facade makeover as well. Things will loook nice once the Grace Apartments finish up across from thus too

Time for this to shoot up quickly!

I have been in multiple cities which have side platform light rails running in the street on the side (i.e. Charlotte uptown) and everything operates fine. At first I pictured something like this as median only but I think side of road works great.
