    Patriot Place | Foxboro

Admittedly, I haven't seen the big screen yet in person but by looking at the recent pics, it seems my vision is too myopic to appreciate the breadth of the screen. Having said that, the expansion of the stadium looks impressive.

Lyrik Back Bay | 1001 Boylston Street (Parcel 12) | Back Bay

Though these building may be short in comparison to the towers in the high spine, you can't help being impressed when driving in on the pike. It's a really a nice complement to the skyline.

State Street HQ | One Congress | Bulfinch Crossing | West End

The same was said about JHT ... it was too wide. Turns out to be the icon of the Boston skyline.

    "Dirty Old Boston"

Following the previous post by stick n move .... what intrigues me is the various modes of transportation, the rail fright in the upper right, the commuter rail heading into the garage, the trolleys which go everywhere and even the horse-and-buggy taxi service with a strategically placed water...

Last check, I'm entitled to state my opinions in this forum without personal attacks. Your snarky / condescending response is uncalled for. Anyway ... I'm done this with thread.

View Boston (Observatory) | Prudential Tower | Back Bay

Admittedly, I have no idea on the scope of the renovations nor do I really care how much BP wants to invest. I'm sure they did a roi cost analysis. It just seems that 43M per floor is an astronomical figure.

View Boston (Observatory) | Prudential Tower | Back Bay

That "nice and clean" look only cost a scant 125M (or more?). The physical structure of the top of the Pru looks identical, other than the clean aesthetics. What a colossal waste. > Boston Properties intends to invest “in excess of $125 million” to renovate the top three floors of the...

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

Am I the only one that thinks the exterior of South Station could be substantially improved by a simple power-washing. The moldy green crud just needs to go. just saying.

It's about time. I actually thought that would be good location for a liquor store. Surprisingly, there are few options on that part of Lincoln St and that plaza get a ton of business.

Just scroll up to a few pics and you'll see no trash whatsoever in a panoramic view. But sure, be selectively to accentuate the negativity.

One Post Office Square Makeover and Expansion | Financial District

I was a bit leery about this makeover when I first saw the rendering. My reaction was that downtown was getting another glass tower, ho hum. But, admittedly, I am impressed with the result. It's an improvement though I still resist the notion of more glass towers. As an example, the Seaport...

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

So the new steel / façade will obscure the arch from the street view? I don't' recall the rendering on how this will look.

Dick’s House of Sports | Prudential Center | Back Bay

Agreed with both points. The cost of parking in the city is a huge deterrent for me. Having said that, the Copley T station is one block away and the orange line is a short walk as well so convenient for the city dwellers at least.
