There's another level coming. You can see where the floors end through the cladding. You can see that the next level covers the mechanical, then a further two maybe three floors of 'crown.' I believe it looks short because it is right now.

The St Regis Residences (former Whiskey Priest site) | 150 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

The thought of this design twisting up to 800' is incredible. Although, for this particular project that would be no sooner than a 2029 delivery. Literally.

Valid concern but this thing is in another league as those. This will have such a prominent impact, like the lights on the Zakim, I don't see that kind of laziness being tolerated by State Street, developers, etc.

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

As short as this building feels, I've actually always thought MT swung above its weight class in height. At 685' it always looked much taller to me. More so now that the 691' WC looks like the Sudbury next to One congress from most angles.

because the frame is a polygon and the building is rounded. It doesn't appear it will finish like many of the renders show, where it is also rounded.

I just can feel it in my bones that the mech covering is going to suck.

In the renders, the same views showed what we are seeing now. From the common or back bay, it looks slightly shorter than MT in the renders. I'm sure it's the grade in which the buildings are constructed. I believe it said Winthrop was 709' above grade, 691' in height. I don't know what...

agreed. The only angle it showed any real prominence was coming from 93 S.

One Post Office Square Makeover and Expansion | Financial District

Interestingly enough, I currently am on project for re-development of ”Penn District” in NYC, for Vornado. We’re are currently redeveloping Penn1 into a ’boutique office’ concept. Vornado is re-developing the neighborhood, due to the absorption taken from Hudson Yards. I will say, they have a...

That's the money shot angle of this project.

Glass supply, obviously an issue, has caused almost all current glass-dominant towers to screech to hit the 93 South of Construction Traffic. It certainly happened at State Street, Raffles, St Regis isn't cruising, Winthrop maybe more than others but I wouldn't vote it fasted to glass either.

I mean there is no way it can be surprising. Their initial estimation had been 2020 delivery. We are looking at Q2, minimum, 2022. They were still driving piles when the building was supposed to be finished. It was, after all, a 22 story Luxury Residence built on a mud pile.

If it's non-rounded, polygonal and white, I have sincere doubts unfortunately.

Cottonwood controls the project, developed it from the start. They took on WS Development to oversee the 125k of retail. Cottonwood is the big daddy on this project and is a part of all decisions made for Echelon, retail or otherwise. There is no doubt that Cottonwood and their connections had a...
