Flights that arrive in the evening and stay over night. “Remain Over Night” is the aviation term. Usually the Jetport, with its 14 gates, sees 12-18 flights RON… with LAX and SFO overnight as well, that was boosted to 20!! Unreal

I really didn’t realize how massive this building truly is until being up on the bayside bowl rooftop. That’s a long walk from one end to the other!

The trees around the Martin’s Point expansion are acting as wrapping paper right now. Excited for the late fall reveal!

That’s a fair opinion. As another sea dogs szn ticket holder, I’d say rain deters us over a chilly game. But either way, a canopy would be a great addition to either stadium!

Yes!! That’s why a canopy over the sideline sides of the stadium with big “Hearts of Pine” on one and “Portland” on the other would be so great! Along with many other massive benefits referenced in post #35!

Love the renderings and unique location. Would love to see a canopy with “Hearts of Pine” covering a good portion of the seats for planes flying in and out + cars on Vets Memorial Bridge. This is a major feature for most new soccer stadiums right now which may be overlooked here. I know this...
