Beat me to this comment. Right next to that rail corridor that runs through Rock Row and into Portland. Also runs the other way through Westbrook and would only need a mile or so of new track to connect downtown Gorham to alleviate some of that traffic.

Progress being made on the hotel as the cranes rise in the background - site work on the residential buildings is in the works. Do the renderings/plans show the residential units wrapping around the connected garage? Huge fan of those designs.

Interesting! Hate to be that guy, but I think a lot more could be done than a couple hotels surrounded by asphalt but it’s all good. Brutally basic/dull design seen from most suburban hotels these days. Great parcel! Hope it gets better
