Look, I admire the INTENT. And I feel badly for the good people at Sasaki who tried here. The problem, imho, is that it doesn't know what it wants to be. The old saying "A giraffe is an animal created by a committee" works here. It does several things halfway - -plaza? lawn? tree lined bench...

However, I see no man with a gun over there, a-tellin' me I got to beware.

The buildings are there - - - but they self-contain .....more to the point that street NEEDS ground-level activation with shops/restaurants/humanoid things - - otherwise it is just a series of Mars Biospheres.

Agreed - - the only thing different in that particular shot,vis a vis, a Spanish research campus is the lack of dynamic life and actual humanoids at street level. That particular street is a ground-level ghost town.
