I noticed today that the 2-family, 2.5-story house next door on Huron Ave is currently gutted and is having two additional stories added to it. (236 Huron Ave).

They should be required to restore the parapet and cornice. The building's upper level looks so bald/unnatural without it.

My hope would be that these parking facilities are either standalone and easy to replace with something else, or could be converted to something else when the politics and demand align.
