That maybe true but that was a truly soulless plaza no one ever used. If it were southern facing and more sun got to it maybe people would have used it. Hopefully the new programming will spice it up, it would be nice to have another vibrant public area there

The FAA height ceilings seem rooted in something other than reality. The financial district just happens to allow for 600,700, 800ft buildings but further out from the airport behind it the height ceiling is lower.

Anecdotally, I street park and have considered an EV but its 100% a huge barrier currently. There's no way to do it at all, unless I want to spend hours at Whole Foods every week.
I might be wrong but I think the Marshall's that was in 500 Boylston had a for lease sign up.
There's also empty storefronts all over the city from covid- I think they can figure it out
