    New ads?

Not to beat a dead horse, but WOW this is annoying....and makes the site look budget. I found AB 16 years ago, and visit multiple times a day, occasionally posting, but mostly just lurking, enjoying the last decade and a half of all things Boston development. These new ads in threads just...

    Dover, NH Development thread

Approved, and renovating the existing courthouse as well. The First St addition is very exciting. What a change in First St over the past few years. https://www.fosters.com/story/news/local/2021/01/28/apartments-renovation-old-courthouse-approved-dover-nh-chinburg/4293662001/

    Dover, NH Development thread

It is great to see that even with the current pandemic demand is strong in Dover, with a bunch of new development still planned for this year. I am excited to see what comes from the old state liquor store site near Second St. If we get something along the lines of the new Orpheum development...

    Dover, NH Development thread

My only issue with this new concept is that its now one of many numerous iterations for this site. I am excited for the potential of this aread being developed, but its been decades....and every 6 months or so there is a new change, delay, revision....I will believe it when there are trucks on...

I am also excited to see what will be proposed for the liquor store lot. I am hoping for something similar to the Orpheum development, ground floor retail/business with four to five floors of residential. We will see.

    Dover, NH Development thread

Fortunately, most of the new development has been filling in vacant lots and parking lots, or rehabbing old buildings into apartments/mixed use. When I drive with my kids, I have them saying "Look Dad! Infill!". Lol This is one of the only new developments I can recall that required demo of...

I love the impact the Fourth and Third St developments have had in the part of the city. I never would have imaged a building of this size would fit where the bike/hoagie shop once stood. First St has a completely different feel than it did five years ago with those two new buildings as well...

Another project approved. Looking forward to watching this one due to its location and height. I always like the old courthouse, and wish they could have incorporated some of the existing building into this new development...

Dover is on fire! I had no idea about the Preble St development. Love seeing open lots developed.

Great pics MartinS. Dover is going through a boom for a city of its size. The new Orpheum building looks great and has a huge impact on that part of Dover. On top of those sites in the pics, there is Third St, which is nearly done and completely changes that street, filling it in...

The Sudbury (Bulfinch Crossing Residential Tower) | 50 Sudbury St | GCG Phase I | Gov't Center

Yesterday I had to drive into Cambridge, and I came in over the Tobin. This is the first time I have taken this route in about 10 years, and I was blown away at the view of this, and the development around the garden. What an awesome view, with a few more towers still to go up. If I wasn't by...

    archBOSTON Update: A New Dawn

I am not a fan of banning members, unless they are blatantly hostile or belligerent towards other members. I am a BIG fan of making it simple to ignore a user. Being a douche or an asshole (not accusing anyone of being this way) is not grounds to get banned. You may disagree with an...

    Archboston revamp

I do not post much, mostly due to the responses I see which are pretty harsh towards each other a lot of the time, but I am on the site 5-10 times a day. As long as I can get my fix of project pic updates daily (thank you Beeline and DZH22), I am happy. I would hate to lose the nearly 15 years...

Thanks for starting this thread Shazbat73. I need to bring my camera with me to get some shots. Dover, for its size, has a lot going on right now.

Want to give my hometown a little love. Some great things have gone on in Dover since the last post in 2017. Lol. I plan on taking pictures soon showing all the new development that is currently under construction in downtown, with even more planned...

    Hard Rock Hotel Whispers

I am curious about the logic of asking if there are any updates on a project that has had no action for 10 years? I only say that due to the amazing group of people on this site that are so quick to post an update on anything and everything that goes on in and around the city. If there was an...
