    Is going in increments, but the entirety of the garage won't be gone as part will be assimilated with the next phase. This project looks like its renders. The rendering of the garage mashed in with the rest of the project looked fantastic. I have a good feeling about it.

    The ground level on the 'proposed alternative' looks the best. The overall strcture is better on MultiStory grouping. 'Previous' looks more engaging from 2 story+. One thing I do not like about the poposed is they removed the balcony/common area on the 6th floor. It would have looked nicer...

    I like the base, Im not a fan of the top. However, everything is white. In and around it. Would prefer the brown/first iteration.. but this isnt terrible. It went from a 7/10 to a 5/10.

    Agreed. Lots of lab/office space pounding upwards in/around this area and frankly Boston too. Im not seeing a whole lot of Apts/Residential Space come forward in projects like these. Would love this to be condos/apts and add some supply.
