    Dorchester Infill and Small Developments

The buildings look really good, I like this development a lot. I think once this gets built its time the T starts looking into an infill station here. Theres a pretty large catchment area here thats pretty well separated from fields corner and would be served well by its own station.

Allston Yards (Stop and Shop) | 60 Everett St | Allston

The new stop and shop is being built across the street, so couldn’t they just build that first along with the home goods parcel and then demo the stop and shop once the new one is done?

Boynton Yards | 101-153 South Street | Somerville

On Apple Maps it shows it as an 8 minute walk. You can’t really ask for a transit stop closer than that. It definitely would be nice to have the ped bridge go right to the front door, but an 8 min walk is definitely well within the means of the majority of people. I don’t think it will be an...

Hmm, brick looks good. Not bad. Definitely a massive upgrade to the blank wall and parking lot. If the brick on the taller building looks like the closeup of the shorter building itll be pretty nice.

    Skylines/Developments of the World

London has fully embraced the multi-polar core philosiphy that is taking over cities across the world and they have a huge head start. The Abbot Building | 1-30 Brattle St | Harvard Square | Cambridge

Very high quality project. If I had to nit pick one thing I would have preferred to see light colored stone for the base vs dark so it matched the other buildings. Other than that though this is a great looking project.
