    Silica dust is not something to mess with. I've seen how it affects people, not fun... The fact we throw it on our rails for traction is a little concerning, to be honest. It should probably diffuse out to very low levels in wind gusts, but I wouldn't want to 100% trust that assumption.

    Foster and Partners is back for 2 WTC! I was really saddened to see what I thought as one of the best modern towers to be proposed be replaced with a stack of boxes by BIG, though there's not promising language surrounding if they're retaining the original design or not. Still holding hope...

    Wow, this building is absolutely massive! Some angles look sharp and proportional, and they're obviously playing with those in the presentation. Other angles are gonna make this thing look huge, like across the Charles for instance, where it will appear to be right between the BU data science...

    Yes, for the rest of the lower levels, that makes sense, but for the core, it seems to me as if that would have to be built from the bottom up. There's a lot of force going into and down that core when this thing gets built. Having it float/be underpinned seems like quite a challenge/nightmare.
