They have already done a reworking of the square and it has made everything worse in my opinion. I heard a somewhat credible rumor that the city building behind this on Hawkins st may be up for redevelopment at some point. Not too sure because I think the shelter may be attached to this parcel.

While I love how this project has turned out from street level, I really wish the office building had either gone taller or been slimmer. From a distance it just looks so stumpy especially right next to the residential building.

I believe the project you are referring to is the parking lot of the car dealership adjacent to the trailer park. I don’t know of any plans for the trailer park to be redeveloped.
