Midwood Development Proposed 23-story office tower at the corner of Bromfield and Washington streets

but the 'zoning' process for this would be Article 80 Large Project Review (as with anything over 50KSF). there arent parking minimums on any of the land uses. zoning doesnt have a say in parking for these projects. there are maximums in place, not minimums, and there has been for over 20...

    North Washington St Bridge

The bike lane is not outboard of the sidewalk. How are you getting that (especially from a picture that is structure only)? It's already half built on the Charlestown side between the road and sidewalk. there wasn't enough room on the N End side to finish it with temp bridge in place...

its #1. the article is 5 months old, there have been multiple meetings since then where they have committed to it for game days. didnt mean to make you feel called out, was just trying to keep information current. you are definitely correct that they were noncommittal during the fall meetings...

State Street HQ | One Congress | Bulfinch Crossing | West End

I wasn't commenting on what was next, I was discussing why the east parcel plan was originally 3 buildings but is now only 1. The residential building is on the west parcel.

State Street HQ | One Congress | Bulfinch Crossing | West End

thats why there is only 1 building in the plan now. 'near' the tunnels, not on them or supports through the stations as the previous 3 building iteration would have required.

Exchange South End ( Boston Flower Exchange) | Albany Street | South End

The IAG reviewed the coop agreement awhile back. Nothing changed since then and it was then executed. Some on the IAG need to understand the A in the acronym. They advise, not decide. Not liking the agreement is not the same as not reviewing the agreement. There were never 'ramps'. The...

    Post-Covid Travel Patterns and Solutions

in 2019 they were replacing the viaduct in Chelsea I believe. Either way, you have to be careful using daily traffic volumes and equating that to 'traffic is worse'. adding volumes at off peak times will give you higher ADT, it doesnt make traffic worse, necessarily.
  18. R

    Post-Covid Travel Patterns and Solutions

you'll have to start by 'proving' this. From actual traffic count data volume, peak hours are near where they were but it then tails off much more rapidly than pre covid (ie, a 4 hour count volume is less now than it was before). also count wise, the PM peak hour occurs earlier now that it...

its also presuming the city wanted/would allow bigger footprints, which is not the case. thats not how it works though. there arent residential units on the ground floor and all of these buildings have set backs above the podium. the number of residential units arent impacted by the parking...
