It is interesting city approved a single family residence for this location. 4 bed, 2 bath 1,500+ sq with underground parking, but not ideal for urban density on the peninsula.     According to link: http://www.portlandmaine.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Item/5107?fileID=25936 20 Thames is 77 feet tall. It appears 170 Fore will be 77 feet as well, which makes sense. These renderings of the developed block also appear to show symmetry between the buildings.
