Re: Innovation Dist. / South Boston Seaport Nothing that I've heard of - I believe these installations are their attempt to "activate" the area in the winter, when people might not otherwise be outside. That being said, I wouldn't hear about anything more than a month or so in advance anyway.

Re: Innovation Dist. / South Boston Seaport This is in fact a temporary installation, done by the same artists as last year's giant see-saws, and the "hamster wheels" from earlier this winter. Last year: "Impulse" (one of the pictures on their site is from the seaport) January: "Loop"...

Didn't attend, but did the power distribution the day before and saw the end of it before load-out. It looked pretty cool, whoever did the projection mapping to the front of the building did an excellent job.
