Logan Airport Flights and Airlines Discussion

JetBlue swapped the Embraer 190 planes with 100 seats to A320s with 162 seats last year, so that may have something to do with the increased capacity at OHR.

Alta on the Row | Mulberry Street | Worcester (Mount Carmel Site)

This project is nearing completion. Ground floor gym, leasing office, lobby are all done, and apartments look close to ready. There is a sizable “resort-style” swimming pool in the enclosed courtyard, maybe I’ll be able to get in once it’s fully opened.

The Revington | 1 Green Island Boulevard | Worcester

A lot of proposed developments in Worcester appear to be in a holding pattern. I expect a mixture of axed, downsized, delayed news this year, with a subset moving ahead as planned. But maybe I’m too pessimistic.

Project Phase 3 was feared to be dead as the BBQ restaurant property was back on the market. Now the developer requests an extension for the planning board approval until 2026. So there's hope: On February 1, 2023, the Worcester Planning Board (the “Board”) voted unanimously to grant approval...

Table Talk Lofts | Washington Street | Worcester

I haven’t been to their new location so maybe I shouldn’t judge. I thought their Main Street location had a very limited assortment of items. Like I’d still have to go to a regular supermarket to get 90% of my groceries and go there for a more boutique grocer experience. Glad to hear it covered...
