Yes, thank you bdurden. If you look closely you will see the temporary shoring steel as opposed to the permanent steel. The permanent verticals (columns and diagonals) have intumescent paint. The temporary shoring columns are untreated. So the cantilevering is being established inside the box...

The facade bracing is temporary during construction. It will only be around for two years until the main structure is in place. When it extends around Congress Street it should look impressive.

The garage for the new residences is above ground I believe. But also the ramp serves as the entrance for vehicles to the Garden floor. It is called the "elephant ramp".
