    Rose Kennedy Greenway

And then I happened upon one of my few posts on AB and I'm suddenly feeling vindicated.

    Rose Kennedy Greenway

Re: Memo to Paul Berg I was looking back at some really old posts in the RKG thread and found it interesting. It really is amazing just how far the Greenway has come. Someone mentioned in the seaport thread just how much the trees within the greenway have grown in a relatively short amount of...

Raffles Boston (40 Trinity Place) | 426 Stuart Street | Back Bay

This render above, and others of the base and interior are very nice looking. The glass is sharp, clean and reflective. I'd love to see a new render of the entire tower with that same aesthetic, because the wide-shot that is provided is not flattering. I don't know if that's how the tower is...

The St Regis Residences (former Whiskey Priest site) | 150 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

A little help...? I can't be the only one who has no idea what the connection is to this building.

State Street HQ | One Congress | Bulfinch Crossing | West End

Has phase 3B been finalized, and is there a render that depicts what phase 3B will actually look like? It seems to be different in every render I find on line.

    🔹 What's Happening With Project X?

Well it certainly looks nice inside - nice amenities etc, and I'm sure everything is functional and up to par in all regards except exterior aesthetics. It's just too bad its such an eyesore. I'm not in any kind of position to judge a hotel company/owner. I don't know the ins and outs of...

    🔹 What's Happening With Project X?

Actually, I just mapped it... yes, that's the one. Anything on that? It seems the only areas Starting at Tremont back to 1 Dalton that have opportunities are sites with decrepit old buildings, garages or unsightly buildings like this. [edit: So I just googled it further... I had no idea...

    🔹 What's Happening With Project X?

In the first image... what about that shit-hole garage and hotel next to it on Stuart St.? Any plans for that?

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Thanks, Stick. That's a sweet render - i don't think I've seen that one before. I like the pillars that wrap around - mimics the pillars on the Res Tower. I'll admit - it's growing on me.

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

RIght - I just wasnt sure if I was seeing that correctly or if my eyes/the picture were playing tricks. That's actually pretty cool. Thanks for the confirmation! This thing is a behemoth.

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Man, that office tower really has some girth. Especially coming down 93. Question - it's clear it is set back from the side of the pedestal, but does it actually overhang Causeway Street, or is that an optical illusion?

City Hall Plaza Revamp | Government Center

Could the water feature on the left be the proposed "fountain"? It looks like a cascade... sort of reminds me of the north end parks.

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Great shots! I absolutely love how this extends the skyline to the north (left in the photos). The office tower will push it out even further visually, and the Congress St development fills the gap between the core and the Custom House beautifully! Really adds some visual density from this...

    Ode to Brutalism

I toured UMD in 1995 and ended up attending for a year before transferring to AZ (talk about a huge difference). But anyway - I liked the campus a lot. It was visually interesting. I was an art/animation student, so maybe that's why I was drawn to it. Subjective indeed. But I'm also a huge...

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Anyone remember the Philly promotional ads running on TV a few years ago? "Its like a mini New York!"

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Is the Garden/Hub on slightly higher ground? The Hub residential looks taller than the Custom House Tower yet they are allegedly the exact same height. (I smell a weight-related conspiracy)

    Paul Rudolph's Government Services Center

Re: Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District I need some enlightening. Is there now, or has there ever been talk of redeveloping the Service Building super-block? Legitimate talk - not opining by the peanut gallery? I mean - even to a lay-person like me it seems like a...

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

This is deceiving - from this angle it looks like 1 Dalton has a large antennae! I like it!
