This is 259 Corey Road, taken around dusk. They just installed this illuminated sign on the building, which shines very brightly - on the houses right across the street. It seems completely unnecessary and in poor taste for such a sign in a residential area. Am I wrong to think that?

I think construction of the hotel is starting. Land is being cleared. This spot had some trees not long ago.
