Do you know who or how the City determines if sidewalks will be concrete or asphalt? I guess the obvious answer is they seem to reserve concrete for downtown proper? Personally do not like the aesthetic appeal of asphalt, unless there is some advantage over concrete I'm not privy to? Wish the...
