What’s going on behind District Hall in Seaport? Looks like they are putting a foundation in on a very small lot.

Too bad they had so much trouble selling the pier 4 condos. I guess it was just an inferior site compared to the Fallon buildings which sold out before occupancy. I understand there are still about 10 unsold units and they have cut the prices dramatically.

The Eastern Bloc reference is perfect. It’s truly hideous. Never thought I’d say it but it makes me long for more glass. At least there are different shapes and colors rather being made of concrete blocks. I thought the white brick which looks like concrete blocks purchased at Home Depot were...

They should have broken it up the way 50 Liberty broke up the glass with the marble.

How do you know there are only 7 units remaining? Doesn't seem right since the building doesn't open until 2018. 22 Liberty took longer to sell than that.
