I would say about 6 of the 9 would be a solid addition to the area. The retail area on the ground floor is nice for most of the proposals. They need more foot traffic in that area.

Went for a walk this evening (Sunday) and it was fairly busy. The bridge and park space is nice, few pop up food spots. Just wish there was a little more height in the area
