North Station, Charles River Draw, & Tower A

So is that style of draw bridge cheaper to construct and maintain?

    Wakefield Developments

It should be called Quanna, the Boston accent could really scum it up.

Simmons University Living and Learning Center | 300 Fenway | Longwood

After you leave the pool/court they slowly get up and follow you into the lockers, always staying just a medium distance away. They don't try to talk to you, but send eldritch texts and emails to each other.. plotting.

Open Space | Turnpike Parcel 21 | Chinatown

Come on man, building over a major highway in the heart of a downtown with all the infrastructure you have to work around and keep in operation is insanely complex and expensive. To act like it’s equal to adding a park on actual soil is not accurate.

Open Space | Turnpike Parcel 21 | Chinatown

False equivalent. It would cost a whole lot to put in. It’s not like it’s a parking lot, if it was then you’d have a comparison.

Open Space | Turnpike Parcel 21 | Chinatown

Honest question, is this even financially realistic? Seems like it there is no return on investment, except maybe property values going up and then maybe that turns into a gentrification concern. It would probably be more realistic to tear down some non special building turn that into a park...

Logan Airport Flights and Airlines Discussion

London is about 700 miles more than San Diego, but I get your point. Some people don't mind single isles for long haul, and that's fine. Really it comes down to seat pitch, and that's up to the airline. But I do think one day an airline will market that fact. That widebodies feel more...

Logan Airport Flights and Airlines Discussion

Count me as one who doesn't want a single isle for long haul. I think over time and airport congestion, widebodies will be more favorable. Assuming Norse can fill its seats, you'd think it would have to cheaper price. I also most likely worked on Norse's 87's so I'm hoping they do good! The...

And to add to that, a bunch of the rehersal spaces, that could be a place for an underground concert, are making way for condos or life sciences as well. Not to mention the needed space for a local band to practice and hon their craft.

Lyrik Back Bay | 1001 Boylston Street (Parcel 12) | Back Bay

Between all the colleges ramping up, the beautiful weather and the gorgeous sunsets. You could write a book about the energy that is in the air in Boston in September, especially on Mass Ave in Cambridge and Boston. This shot does a great job in capturing that. It makes me desperately want to...
